Shipping Policy and Rates

All orders from balmainwears.com are processed between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)

Compliance Checks

Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
  • the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product(s), or has not been returned. Please note that identification tag constitutes an integral part of each product; and/or
  • you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

RETURN

You can return any item purchased on TheBalmain World Online Store within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • If you want to return product due to mistake in order information (wrong size or product) TheBalmainWorld will bear shipping charges and Give you full refund.
  • If you want to return product due to wrong size ordered by your. Shipping charges for both delivery and return will apply on customer.

EXCHANGE

  • If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery date.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

  • Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

  • If want to get refund due to mistake by company (Order not received, Wrong Product or Wrong Size received) You will get full refund.
  • If you want to get refund with out any mistake by our side Transaction changes and shipping charges will apply on customer.
  • You can apply for refund when order is in processing mode.
  • Once order shipped out You have to wait for product delivery.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
